Film and Television Programme
Course Details
The Film & Television programme is split into two modules: Production and Filmmaking. The Production module is an introduction to the current Film & Television Industry and how it works from the initial idea stage through to the final delivery of the completed film or television programme. Led by an actor who brings their own personal lived experience to the programme and how the world of acting and film-making and television has transformed their life.
The Filmmaking module is a practical workshop that provides students with the basic skills needed to make a drama or documentary, culminating in the production of their own short film, made in the green screen studio.
Course Suitability - Who Should Attend?
Film and Television Programme training course is open to anyone who is interested in Film and Television but is particularly relevant to:
- Youth offenders
- Young Adults
- All individuals engaged in Film and Television and who aspire to a career in Acting, Production, Directing, Writing and more.
The content of the programme requires no skills or qualifications to participate.
