The AP Foundation is actively seeking an Acting CEO to lead our charitable organisation. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily management and operations of the charity, whilst crafting and realising our overarching vision. A crucial part of your responsibilities involves regularly reporting to the Board of Trustees and demonstrating adeptness in board-level operations. This position entails a significant level of responsibility, with your decisions critically impacting the charity's future and that of our employees.

• Direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the charity.
• Establish and implement the strategic vision and goals of the organisation.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Board of Trustees.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Efficiently delegate tasks and guide organisational agendas to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Manage the organisational structure and internal processes.

• Extensive experience in a senior management or executive role, preferably within a charitable organisation.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and organisational development.
• In-depth understanding of grant management and charitable fundraising.
• Commitment to the values and mission of the AP Foundation, particularly in relation to rehabilitation and youth crime intervention.
